Good Things Come to Those Who Wait


You may remember that this spring, Country Mouse and I volunteered at the California Native Plant Society (CNPS) booth at the San Francisco Flower and Garden Show (described in this post). We had the best time, but were even more thrilled to get this photo in the (e-)mail today. It came from Ellen Edelson of the Yerba Buena Chapter. She thanked us for volunteering, told us that several people had signed up as CNPS members, and promised we'll do it again next year.

So, here you can see us, with ears and a supporter of CNPS. Now, tell us, do we really look like bunnies? Or do we look like mice...

When I read of your time volunteering it sounded you had a great time. The photo now is proof. You're such great advocates. How could people not sign up?
