I'd love to have either or both of those Ribes. So colorful! Wonderful that you both speak the same language. When a gardening friend comes over by here, we drop the chores, too, and call it a 'Garden Tour'Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8497277770771473008.post-32008422502967681292011-03-06T22:12:47.845-08:002011-03-06T22:12:47.845-08:00Her garden is looking great. More than anything, though, I'm sure it's the camaraderie and the mutual love of gardening (especially with our treasured natives) that makes these experiences so special.camissonia (Arleen)https://www.blogger.com/profile/10156059239148602974noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8497277770771473008.post-68184123869808385562011-03-04T18:48:36.701-08:002011-03-04T18:48:36.701-08:00Well thanks indeed, good friend - I certainly enjo...Well thanks indeed, good friend - I certainly enjoyed your visit and the cuppa we shared. It's always interesting to see our own garden through someone else's eyes - or lens.Country Mousehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/13294472166693008328noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8497277770771473008.post-22376995276902203962011-03-04T17:04:10.250-08:002011-03-04T17:04:10.250-08:00A beautiful post TM. She's not far from me as the crow flies, but being up on the ridge, rather than down in the valley, her garden is way ahead of ours. I expect ours looks more like yours. I'm seeing buds on the Ceanothus, but no blooms. As for that caterpillar, I photographed the same one in the garden last weekend. Been trying to identify it, but alas, thus far, I've failed.Curbstone Valley Farmhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/06714297348566721344noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8497277770771473008.post-22894028380797212832011-03-04T16:56:30.385-08:002011-03-04T16:56:30.385-08:00Lovely post!
