I followed the link, and love your solar fountains and am thinking of getting a simple one for our bird bath. What happens if the fountain runs dry?
I'm really trying to stay on top of the fountains so they don't run dry. If I go out of town, I unhook them before I leave. That's easy to do. I'm worried the pump will freeze when it runs dry for too long. It's really the same as with any other fountain pump.
I want a fountain ... a solar fountain!
Have been thinking of making one for years...
